1975 – 2002
André Bertrand begins his career in the bearing and power transmission industry in 1975. By 2002, he is vice-president of a multi-branch distributing company.

2003
On April 1st, Industrial Solutions starts its operations at 850 Industrial Avenue in Ottawa. Two former colleagues, André Gingras and Denis Bard, join André Bertrand to form the best and most experienced team in town.

2009
After tremendous growth, in November, Industrial Solutions moves to a larger location at 830 Industrial Avenue, and the added space allows us to better showcase our products.

2010
The team now consists of seven employees and sales grow by more than 40%.

2013
An expansion of our existing location begins in July and is completed by October. This expansion allows us to more than double our showroom space and to increase our warehouse and office area to better serve our customers.

2014
On February 1st, Industrial Solutions is acquired by Ficodis.

Our management team is thrilled to join the group and looks forward to actively grow our sales of existing products and to take on the challenge of promoting new product lines

2021
Throughout the years, Industrial Solutions has continued to prosper and now have a total of ten dedicated employees and its philosophy remains the same.

A dedicated team that offers personalized service and technical support, all the while ensuring that we have stock on hand when you need it.

It's been a winning formula from day 1 and will continue to be our vision for many years going forward.
